How I work in therapy
I work with a humanistic approach which is about free will, self-discovery and achieving your full potential as a human being, as well as being able to pay attention to any particular problems or symptoms you may have. In therapy we would look at everything that makes you who you are and focus on you as a unique individual and your relationship with the world around you. I use Transactional Analysis therapy tools that can help you improve communication skills in the workplace and for your personal life. I endeavour to offer sensitivity and attunement from my professional learning, client experiences and my lived experience. I aspire to be inclusive and offer neurodivergent (ADHD and Autism) and LGTBQ+ affirmative counselling. I also have extensive experience of working in professional environments for professional and career challenges.
